What is BOUNCE Fit?

BOUNCE FIT trampoline fitness classes offer a structured exercise regime of 45 minutes that’s supercharged with all the benefits of rebound exercise. We now offer three different class types involving high-intensity, low-impact cardio workouts that will blast your core, improve all-over muscle tone and lift your heart rate.

The opposite of a gruelling ordeal, our classes are all about high spirits and awesome soundtracks. Most of all, it makes you smile, laugh and is great FUN!

BOUNCE FIT MULTIPASS!

We have multipasses that allow you to participate in BOUNCE Fit more frequently! Choose between 30 days for 285 kr or 90 days for 645 kr. This opportunity to save is a steal! Multipasses are only valid for drop in and phone bookings, and are activated on the day of purchase.

Your multipass is personal and will be delivered directly to your mobile phone. When you swing by to get your workout in, don’t forget to show your ID at the reception.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. Yes, but classes have limited capacity so it’s always best to book in advance.

  2. Click Book Now to book online & look for the BOUNCE FIT icon.

  3. BOUNCE has open cube lockers and paid lockable lockers available at each venue. Valuables should always be placed in lockable lockers or left with someone who is not jumping.

  4. Athletic clothing with some stretch. You’re going to get sweaty so bring a towel! Please contact us on 78 700 900 to find out about change room availability at your chosen venue.

  5. Absolutely not. Your BOUNCE FIT instructor will help you learn basic jumping skills and have the ability to tailor sessions to suit all abilities.

  6. Physical exercise is super fun, but may increase the chance of injury. If you don’t regularly participate in an active exercise program, we recommend you get a physical from your GP before you bounce, to ensure you are ready for action.

  7. A towel & drink bottle is compulsory – Bounce does not provide towels or drink bottles at the venue.
